Satisfied & Refund Policy

In case, you are not satisfied with our offering, you can get a refund by returning us the product within 5 days of its receipt. Kindly take a note of following REFUND conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition.
  • It should be with original packaging and accessories.
  • Only the order amount(freight/shipping charges will be deduct) will be refunded, - freight/shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense.
  • Refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is fully returned.

But If the customer does not accept the parcel due to any reason and it is returned to us in proper and original condition then only the product amount will be refunded and not the shipping charges.

Defective items

If you receive a broken or a defective item, please email or whatsapp us on 561aggarwal@gmail.com / care@aggarwalstores.in within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Make sure to include the following in the email:   

  • Your Name
  • Your invoice number
  • Brief about the defect
  • A picture or video(if required) clearly showing the defect

If the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation we will refund the entire amount or exchange the ordered item as per your requirement.
